These terms cover your use of SolAuth — the dashboard at solauth.cc, the loader API at api.solauth.cc, and the Discord bot. By creating an account or running a SolAuth loader you agree to them.
SolAuth is licensing and delivery software for script authors. You upload a script, issue keys to the people you sell to, and SolAuth verifies each execution before delivering a build. We provide the infrastructure; we do not write, review, own, or endorse the scripts you distribute.
SolAuth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of SolAuth does not exempt you from any platform's own rules — meeting those is entirely your responsibility.
Keys you issue are yours to manage. You decide who gets one, when it is revoked, and when a device lock is reset. Your relationship with your buyers — what you sell them, what you promise, and what you refund — is between you and them. SolAuth is not a party to it.
A key binds to the first machine that runs it. That behaviour is the point of the product, and it means a buyer who changes hardware needs a reset from you or your Discord bot. Handling that promptly is your obligation to your buyers, not ours.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your script, process it, and deliver it to executions that pass verification.
You confirm you have the right to distribute what you upload. Do not upload code you did not write or license, and do not use SolAuth to relicense someone else's work.

You also may not probe, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass SolAuth's own verification, rate limits, or delivery protections, and you may not resell access to SolAuth itself.
We aim to keep the loader API online continuously and deploy in a way that rolls back rather than takes your loader down. Even so, SolAuth is provided as is: we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance, outages, and upstream failures can happen. Features may change or be removed as the product develops.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, abuses the infrastructure, or puts other users at risk — immediately and without notice where the issue is serious. You can stop using SolAuth at any time; ask us to delete your account and we will remove it and its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
SolAuth is currently invite-only and not sold. No fees are charged for access, so there is nothing to refund. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing terms, and refund window will be stated at the point of purchase and these terms will be updated before any charge is made.
Money you take from your own buyers is yours to handle. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes with them are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SolAuth is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost or leaked scripts, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
No protection is absolute. SolAuth raises the cost of copying your work substantially, but you should not treat any licensing system — this one included — as a guarantee that your code can never be extracted.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use SolAuth after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
